Summary: Though I don't have any professional experience so far, I have set some goals for myself. They may be not SMART (as we call it) but still they are my objectives (which I am hell bent on achieving). I want to be a success in the HR domain and want to make a name for myself like Mr. Santrupt Mishra and Mr. Aquil Busrai have created for themselves. I feel that I can be at the top provided I work to my full potential. I want to have an identity for myself. I don't want to be an unknown part of the big herd. I want to be a significant part of it. I think that everything in the corporate world comes down to the very basics and while executing you have to work at the grass root level. Yes, Strategy is important but if strategy is made and not implemented properly, its of no use. So, I want to learn, learn and learn and I want to start from the very basic level. Thats how I plan to achieve my goals

Interests: I write articles on social and current issues. My personal favourites are articles on euthanasia, feminism, cricketers as leaders, impact of globalization on our Delhi, Why people do MBA--choice or fad. Also, I like to read fiction primarily thrillers, Dan Brown and Robin Cook being my favourite authors. Though I also like works of Ayn Rand, Jeffery Archer and J K Rowling. And I have a very strange hobby acc to some people. I like cricket. I like watching cricket, reading stuff about cricket and cricketers (not gossip but actual facts) and I am fascinated by the sport and its uncertainities.
